Mission Statement
WHITIA in a not-for-profit social venture focused on addressing the health care needs of the underserved by giving them access to tools they can use to improve their health, monitor diseases and enable collaborative care for themselves and their families.
Major disparities exist in both access to preventative care and health outcomes for minority and low-income populations. Substantial disparities also exist in the incidence and prevalence of chronic conditions and the extent to which these conditions are properly managed within these populations.
