Ivy Walker
Chief Executive Officer
Ivy Walker is Chief Executive Officer of the World Health Imaging, Telemedicine and Informatics Alliance (WHITIA). As CEO, she is responsible for leading WHITIA’s overall effort to deploy sustainable imaging and telemedicine solutions in resource-poor areas worldwide.
Ms. Walker holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Community Health from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her civic and professional activities include serving as Board Chairperson for Kaleidoscope Inc., a non-profit child welfare agency and serving on the board of Golden Apple Foundation, a non-profit that prepares teachers to be successful in schools of need in Illinois.
Krista Dany
Director of PR Marketing
Krista Dany joined WHITIA January 2009 as an intern where she worked on various research projects. In April 2009, Krista accepted the position of WHITIA’s PR Marketing Director.
Before WHITIA, Krista attended Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas where she studied Communication. Her interests include marketing and event planning for non-profits and the unique challenges they present. Krista has experience fundraising and event planning for various non-profit programs. Her not-for-profit experience includes an internship for the American Cancer Society, High Plains Division, as well as serving on the Aggie Relay for Life committee in 2008.
